Dr. Jonathan Barsa
Dr. Jonathan Barsa received his Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University, where he majored in molecular, cellular and developmental biology. He then went on to earn his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He practiced critical care hospital medicine for one year at Mount Sinai Queens prior to starting his fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Westchester Medical Center. He served as chief fellow during his third year. Dr. Barsa joined Albany Gastroenterology Consultants in 2018.
Dr. Barsa is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Gastroenterology.
