To communicate with our office for non-urgent matters, we require that you use our patient portal.  With our secure portal, you’ll be able to do the following:

  • Send messages to our clinical staff

To receive an invite to the portal, please ensure we have your correct e-mail address on file. We will then send an invite to your e-mail address. Once you receive the invite, click the link and answer the questions to complete your registration..
 
 
 
If you would like to pay a bill for a visit after November 1st, 2024 please use our billing and scheduling portal.
