Nurse Practitioner & Physician Assistant

Large sub-specialty practice looking for ambitious Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work full time in very busy, patient focused medical office. Qualified candidates primary responsibilities will be working side-by-side with our physicians in our main office and Albany area hospitals. Current and appropriate NYS license and BLS Certification required. Prior office, hospital and gastroenterology experience a plus. Some weekend and holiday coverage. Medical Assistant

Large sub-specialty practice looking for an ambitious, motivated and dependable individual to work full time in very busy medical practice.  Qualified candidates will work closely with patients and physicians and have knowledge of vital signs, medications and diagnostic testing.  Previous medical office experience required along with knowledge of computers.  Must have excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Patient Scheduler

Seeking an energetic individual with exceptional customer skills and a strong work ethic.

Our practice is looking to fill an integral position of Patient Scheduler. This job would require the right person to work directly with the physicians to serve the needs of our patients. Qualified applicants must be multifaceted individuals with flexibility and an eagerness to succeed in a challenging work environment. They must work well in a team atmosphere and be able to function independently. Previous medical office experience is preferred.

Job requirements include:

  • Scheduling office appointments
  • Booking hospital procedures
  • Setting up all related tests, labs and radiology studies
  • Responding to calls by patients and referring physicians
  • Strong organization and communication skills
