- Dr. Tagliaferri is a general gastroenterologist, treating most diseases in the gastrointestinal tract. Though she has a particular interest in small bowel and esophageal pathology, she enjoys caring for all patients and believes in an individualized approach.

- Has participated in research throughout her time in college, medical school, residency and fellowship, with work accepted to and presented at local, national and international conferences
- Currently has over 100 publications and has a special interest in research pertaining to rare diseases, associations with inflammatory bowel disease, and therapeutic approaches to motility disorders
- Dr. Tagliaferri has delivered numerous presentations to medical students and residents during her training and has a passion for teaching patients and young learners alike
