To communicate with our office for non-urgent matters, we require that you use our patient portal. With our secure portal, you’ll be able to do the following:
- Request an appointment
- Check your test results
- Send messages to our clinical staff
- Request a prescription refill
- Pay your bill
How do I Sign Up?
To receive an invite to the portal, please ensure we have your correct e-mail address on file. We will then send an invite to your e-mail address. Once you receive the invite, click the link and answer the questions to complete your registration.
If you need to register, you may use our Contact Us form. We will review your request and send you an e-mail invitation.
