Brian Murphy is a Family Nurse Practitioner that has been with Albany Gastroenterology Consultants since 2000.  He has earned the degrees of AS in Nursing from Hudson Valley Community College, BS in Nursing from Regents College, and MS in nursing, FNP from Sage Graduate school.  He is board certified by the American Nurses CredentialingCenter, and holds membership in the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York.  Prior to receiving his FNP certification, he practiced as a registered nurse in medical/surgical services and emergency services at St. Peter’s Hospital.  He currently specializes in the care of Albany Gastroenterology patients who are admitted at St. Peter’s or Albany Memorial Hospitals.
