Katie is a graduate of Maria College in Albany, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and from The State University of New York Polytechnic Institute, where she received her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Prior to receiving her degree, Katie was employed as a Registered Nurse by Albany Medical Center in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.  Katie is a member of is a member of Sigma Theta Tau at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, as well as the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association.  She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
